Chicago is at the edge of a new sound in Urban Music. There is a trend growing among the artists there to take hip hop to new levels.

The sounds coming from GO -ILL are not to be found on either coast; it is the Midwest's own. Alternative Hip Hop may not be the correct term. Progressive Hip Hop would descibe the sound more aptly.
